How To Add Pagination to Tables?

In this doc, we will explain how to add pagination to large tables using the Dynamic Table element from Max Addons for Bricks Builder.

Pagination breaks down large datasets into multiple pages, making tables easier to navigate and improving the user experience.

Add Pagination to Tables#

Step 1: Add the Dynamic Table Element#

  1. Open an existing page or create a new one using Bricks Builder.
  2. In the Element panel, search for "dynamic table" and add it to your page.
  3. Once added, you’ll see two main tabs in the sidebar: Content and Style.

Step 2: Enable Pagination#

  1. Go to the Content tab and locate the PAGINATION section.
  2. Click to expand the Pagination settings.
  3. Toggle Pagination on.

Once enabled, you’ll see additional options to control the pagination behavior:

  • Rows Per Page: Set how many rows will display on a single page. This is useful for large tables to avoid overwhelming users.
  • Buttons Count: Define the number of pagination buttons visible at once (e.g., 5 buttons at a time).
  • Next/Previous Buttons: Enable or disable navigation buttons and customize their text (e.g., “Next” or “Previous”).
  • Summary: Display a summary above or below the table, like “Showing 1–10 of 50 results.” You can also customize the text to match your website’s tone.

enable pagination

That’s it! Enabling pagination allows you to manage large tables efficiently, providing a cleaner layout and a smoother experience for your visitors.
