Multi Heading for Bricks Builder: Overview

Max Addons Multi Heading element for Bricks Builder allows you to design modern, attention-grabbing headings for your web pages. This element is perfect for creating layered, visually distinct headings that combine multiple text styles, background elements, and decorative separators.

With full control over typography, layout, and design elements, you can design unique headline sections that immediately stand out and align with your site's branding.


Getting Started#

Before using the Multi Heading element, make sure you have the following plugins installed and activated:

How to Add the Multi Heading Element to a Page#

  1. Open an existing page or create a new one using the Bricks Builder editor.
  2. In the element search bar, type "multi heading".
  3. Add the element to your page.
  4. Confirm that the element shows the "Max" label in the top-right corner, which indicates it belongs to Max Addons.

Content Tab#

Content Tab of the Multi Heading element includes four sub-sections:

  1. Heading
  2. Background Text
  3. Separator
  4. Heading Style

Each of these allows you to customize a different part of your heading design. Let's explore the settings in each section.

Heading#

This section controls the primary visible text in your heading layout. By default, two heading items are included:

  • Heading Text #1
  • Heading Text #2

You can easily add new items, delete existing ones, or edit each individually. Each heading item offers the following settings:

  • Heading

    • Heading: Enter the main text content.
    • Typography: Adjust font family, size, weight, and line height.
    • Background Text: Optionally include a faint background version of the heading.
    • Gradient Background: Enable or disable a gradient color effect behind the text.
    • Border: Add and style borders around the heading block.
    • Box Shadow: Apply shadow effects to add depth.
    • Padding: Control spacing inside the heading container.

  • Tag

    • Choose the HTML tag (h1, h2, p, etc.) for SEO and semantic structure.

  • Link

    • Add a URL to make the heading clickable.

Background Text#

This section allows you to display large, subtle text in the background of your heading area. Background text adds a creative and stylish layer behind your main heading.

Available options include:

  • Text: Set the background text content.
  • Typography: Customize the font size, weight, spacing, and more.
  • Horizontal Position: Choose where the background text appears on the X-axis (left, center, right).
  • Vertical Position: Choose its Y-axis placement (top, center, bottom).

Separator#

Add visual dividers before, after, or on both sides of the heading to enhance its design and balance.

Separator options include:

  • Position: Choose where the separator appears: None, Left, Right, or Both sides
  • Width: Set the width of the separator.
  • Height: Define the thickness of the line.
  • Spacing: Adjust space between the heading and the separator.
  • Style: Select the line style: None, Hidden, Solid, Dotted, Dashed, Double, Groove and more.
  • Align: Choose alignment (left, right, center).
  • Color: Set the separator's color to match your design.

Heading Style#

This section controls the overall layout and visual styling between multiple heading items.

Available options:

  • Gap Between Headings: Adjust spacing between each heading block.
  • Style: Choose predefined text styles: Primary, Secondary, Light, Dark, Muted, and others, depending on your theme or global styles.
  • Display: Set the layout structure:

    • Inline: Headings appear next to each other in a single line.
    • Stack: Headings are displayed one below the other.
