Max Addons Copy to Clipboard element allows users to seamlessly copy text from your Bricks Builder website. This feature is ideal for sharing coupon codes, text snippets, or any other content you want visitors to copy with just a click easily.
Getting Started#
Before you begin using the Copy to Clipboard element, ensure Bricks Builder and Max Addons for Bricks Builder are installed and activated on your WordPress site.
Once you activate both the tools:
- Create a new page or edit an existing page in the Bricks Builder editor.
- Search for "copy to clipboard" in the element search bar.
- Add the Copy to Clipboard element onto your page.
- Make sure to check the "Max" tag in the top-right corner to make sure the element is from Max Addons.
Customizing the Copy to Clipboard Element#
Copy to Clipboard element consists of three sections under the Content Tab to help you customize its functionality and appearance:
- GENERAL
- BUTTON
- BUTTON STYLE
Let's dive into the options available in each section:
General#
- Copy text from:
- Text Field: Add the text you want users to copy.
- CSS Selector: Enter the CSS ID or class of the element containing the text to be copied.
- Add Prefix: Add text that will appear before the copied content.
- Add Suffix: Add text that will appear after the copied content.
- On Copy (Behavior when text is copied):
- Shake Button: Enable this option to create a shaking animation for the button.
- Change Text: Add custom text to display on the button after the text is copied.
- Change Icon: Choose an icon to display when the text is successfully copied.
Button#
- Button Text: Add the text to display on the button.
- Size: Choose from Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large.
- Style: Select from various styles such as Primary, Secondary, Light, Dark, Muted, and more.
- Circle: Enable this option to create a circular button.
- Outline: Enable this option to create an outlined button.
Button Icon#
- Position: Set the icon to appear on the Left or Right side of the button text.
- Icon: Select an icon to use on the button.
- Typography: Customize the font style and size of the button text.
- Gap: Adjust the spacing between the icon and the text.
Button Style#
- Typography: Adjust the font family, size, weight, and other text properties.
- Background: Set the background color of the button.
- Border: Customize the border's width, color, and style.
- Box Shadow: Add or modify the shadow effect for the button.
Copied Button Styles#
- Typography: Customize the text style of the button after the text is copied.
- Background: Set the background color for the button when text is copied.
- Border: Define the border style for the copied state.
- Box Shadow: Add or edit the shadow effect for the button when the text is copied.
